David Melusky

David Melusky graduated from the University of Northern Colorado and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University of Law in 1984. He has been representing Northern Coloradoans for over thirty five years.
He has a broad background in all aspects of family law including: divorce, child custody, juvenile law, dependency and neglect, and guardianship.
He also practices in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense.
A skilled family law mediator, his services are available to individuals in both Weld and Larimer County.
Currently, Attorney Melusky continues to practice in all areas of family law with an emphasis on high conflict divorce and child custody cases, complex division on asset/debt allocations in divorce and partnership matters, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Authorized to practice in Federal Court and the Colorado Supreme Court.
